With temperatures in the 90s all week long, this has to be the most hydrating smoothie that I have tied to date. Both, cucumber and watermelon are containing high amounts of water and make for a tasty, refreshing and healthy smoothie!
The watermelon and the ice remind me of a slushy which is the perfect thirst quencher for these hot summer days or after an intense workout.
Creamy Watermelon Slushy
(vegan, gluten free)
2 scoops French Vanilla Life Shake
10 oz. oat milk, almond milk or just milk
1 cup watermelon, cut into pieces
1/2 peeled cucumber, cut into pieces
5-6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
