Recently, it has been rather hot in the D.C. area. We’ve been out hiking and boating and have come back thirsty and dehydrated many times. That’s why I jumped at the chance to make some Summer ‘Sangria’ when one of our friends came up with this wonderful idea. It’s super easy – a delish and healthy thirst quencher!
To make this yummy kid-friendly drink, follow the steps below…
- Mix 24 oz. of filtered water with 6 scoops orange Hydrate+ to replenish your electrolytes in a large pitcher.
- Add three sticks of Pomegranate 180 Energizing Tea and stir well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Vivix for cell repair. Stir again.
- Finally fill pitcher with chopped apples, oranges, lemons and ginger.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
