Hi there!
Are you looking for a fun Halloween project that your kids will love and that you can still feel good about?
If so, then these Halloween Ghosts are just the answer!
They taste amazing, look super cute and are easy and quick to make.
Fun tip: Maxi couldn’t find a ghost cookie cutter, so she bought a footprint and turned it upside down. I think it worked great, what do you think?
Spooky Halloween Protein Ghosts
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy almond butter
1/3 cup honey
3 scoops Plain & Simple Life Shake
1 cup ground oats
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 square dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Over medium heat in a small saucepan, mix almond butter and honey until well incorporated and smooth. Stir in ground oats and mix again. Lastly, stir in Plain & Simple Life Shake and remove from heat.
2. Scoop mixture onto a clean and smooth surface. With rolling pin, flatten the dough. Once rolled out, use cookie cutter to cut out shapes and move shapes onto a cookie sheet. Use rest of dough to repeat process.
3. When finished, take white chocolate chips and place into microwave safe container. Microwave in 30 second spurts until soft. Use a spoon to stir the white chocolate chips into a smooth consistency. Using a knife or other flat utensil, smooth the white chocolate over the ghosts, and let harden. Melt the dark chocolate in a separate microwave dish. Use a toothpick to paint eyes and mouths on ghosts. Let harden.
4. Enjoy!!!
