Apple Pie Smoothie

I don’t eat pie very often but I love this Apple Pie Smoothie! It’s super yummy without the guilt !

Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

8 oz Almond milk

5-6 ice cubes

1 whole apple cored and sliced into chunks (I used organic Pink Lady apples)

2 scoops Vanilla Shaklee Life Energizing Shake

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon (or more)

pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

Blend until smooth. To make it “green” apple pie, add spinach.
