Banana Pudding Smoothie (v, df)

This morning, I woke up thinking of the banana pudding from the infamous Magnolia Bakery in NYC that we had a few years back. So good, I am still dreaming about it!

And while Magnolia Bakery now also has a location close by in D.C., I wanted something that would give me the yummy flavor but still fuel my body at the same time. Between the Life Shake and the almond milk yogurt, this smoothie will give you a solid 25g of high quality protein while tasting like dessert – definitely a win!

Banana Pudding Smoothie

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk yogurt

2 scoops Vanilla Life Shake

1/3 cup granola

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for three minutes. Pour into glass and enjoy!
