We just had this amazing ice cream so I am having to share! It was easy to make and everyone loved it! I hope you will love it, too!

Blueberry Ginger Ice Cream

2 cups of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 scoop of vanilla protein (I used Vanilla Life Shake)
Juice of one lemon
1 avocado
Almond milk as needed
Blend ingredients in blender. Add almond milk one tablespoon at a time as needed. Freeze for hard serve or serve immediately for softer serve. Makes four servings.
