In recent weeks, these Energy Bites have been a life saver! My husband loves to munch on a couple when he comes home from work. My son enjoys them and I prefer giving him these, instead of the Christmas cookies he is begging for during the holiday season. They are also great for breakfast and can be frozen for a quick lunch box add-in.
I find myself eating one here and there throughout the day and before I know it – they are gone! They are very easy and quick to fix so kids can help, or make them on their own.
Vanilla Cranberry Energy Bites
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Vanilla Shaklee Life Protein Powder
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup local honey
3/4 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
Mix all the ingredients and roll into balls. Enjoy!
Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
Ingredients:

3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup local honey
3/4 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
