I love the benefits of goji berries!
They are high in vitamins A & C, iron, fiber, zinc and antioxidants but sometimes I found them too hard to do well in our protein bites. That’s why I was super excited when I discovered this goji berry powder during my last trip to the supermarket. It is made from freeze dried goji berry juice.
Now we can have the benefits without the disadvantages.
Goji Berry Protein Bites
1 cup natural almond butter
6 large dates (pitted)⠀
½ cup Vanilla Life Shake
3 TBSP chia seeds⠀
2 TBSP goji berry powder (I bought mine at Whole Foods)⠀

Add all ingredients to food processor. Roll into balls, refrigerate. Enjoy!
